Shield Construction for its construction quality factors, environmental conditions and so on will inevitably have an impact on neighboring building (structure), causing deformation of its structure, and even cause structural function’s damage or destruction. So researching on the impact of shield construction on the adjacent building (structure) is very important.There are less research at domestic and foreign on the study of the influence of the shield bias and wear of revetment on the revetment’s settlement, the paper as it the research project, to study the Jiangyin Chengjiang West Road Phase II Tunnel Project oblique Round Shield Construction segment, Shield wear of Zhaqiao river’s revetment impact on its settlement deformation.Through analysis of revetment settlement monitoring data, reveals that the space curve has two lowest peak point; by regression analysis the revetment settlement space curve, based on Gauss multi-peck curve method, researching revetment settlement deformation trends caused by shield construction, combined PECK settling tank theory to derive a correction PECK formula that applies to the engineering sector and the similar engineering section conditions; regression analysis of the value equation of the two lowest settlement peak point Smax1and SmaX2of this paper correction PECK formulas by non-linear index Asymptotic fitting method; regression analysis engineering test data using Gauss bimodal curve fitting method, calculated values of the two-peak curve inflection point i1and i2of the paper correction PECK formula, and regression analysis the value equation of ii and i2by using non-linear index YldFertl fitting method.Predict the final settlement and tilt of the revetment caused by north and south line of shield bias and wear the east revetment of the Zhaoqiao river by applying the correction PECK formula; analog revetment settlement laws caused by the northern line shield bias and wear the east revetment of the Zharqiao river by using the finite element numerical simulation MIDAS-GTS. Through analysis, the correction PECK formula well predictor of the revetment settlement deformation and stability, that caused by the south and north line of shield construction bias and wear the east revetment of the Zharqiao river. Proposal the northern line shield project must take appropriate measures when the project skew the east revetment of the Zhaoqiao river, and the south line of shield project should take appropriate measures.
