| The double-row pile with bolts supporting system is a new kind of supportingform, which combines with the advantages of the pile anchor supporting system andthe double-row pile supporting system. However, so far few focuses have been givenon the study of internal force calculation of the new support technology. It isnecessary for us to do some intensive researches on the double row pile anchorsupporting system for a better use in the engineering construction.Based on the deep foundation pit supporting engineering project of Shenyangcenter square, this paper makes numerical simulation analysis of relevant projects ofthe structure of double row pile anchor supporting system by means of the phase2software and compares with the double-row pile supporting system, aiming to analyzethe advantages of the double-row pile with bolts supporting system in engineeringapplications.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing calculation theory of the pile anchor supportingsystem and the double-row pile supporting system, this paper infers the internal forcecalculation theory of the double-row pile with bolts supporting system which isapplied in the calculation of the deep foundation pit supporting engineering project ofShenyang center square. This kind of internal force calculation method proves to bereliable and correct when checked by the phase2software(2) Analysis of horizontal displacement manifests that the horizontaldisplacement of the front and back piles of the double-row pile with bolts supportingsystem increases as the increasing of depth of excavation and the maximaldisplacement are at the middle of piles. However, the maximum horizontaldisplacement of double-row pile supporting system is at the top of the piles. Under thesame geological conditions, the horizontal displacement of the double-row pile anchorsupporting system is much smaller than that of the double-row pile supporting system, which suggests that the double-row pile with bolts supporting system controls betterthe deformation of soil around the pit and structures and is applicable in the deepfoundation projects which requires higher in soli and structure deformation.(3)Analysis of vertical displacement shows that the soil vertical displacementrange of the double-row pile with bolts supporting system as well as the settlementvalue is smaller than that of the double-row pile supporting system.(4)Analysis of the shear force reveals that the absolute values of the positiveand negative shear of the double-row pile with bolts supporting system are basicallythe same due to the pull force of the bolts. This shows that bolts can effectively adjustthe shear force distribution of piles and reduce the maximum shear force value of pilebody compared with the double-row pile supporting system.(5)Analysis of the bending moment indicates that the double-row pile withbolts supporting system has an inflection point on the bolt action place of thefront-row piles, which demonstrates that bolts can adjust the bending moment of pilesand effectively reduce the maximum bending moment of supporting piles comparedwith the double-row pile supporting system. |
