In this paper, the development of multi reel packaging machine folding arm control system upgrading.This topic originated from the actual project,The company specializes in producing paper rolls automatic packaging equipment and transmission lines,The company is focusing on developing multi reel packaging machine.Research and development of multi-station roll packaging machine had a catalytic effect on the automation of paper-making factory.The high-tech multi-site roll packaging machine not only saves manpower, material resources, but also improve the mill’s production efficiency.With the development of reform and opening up, China’s level of industrial automation to move forward in a step by step, gradually get rid of relying on cheap manual labor to move closer towards the developed countries a high level of industrial automation.Multi-position reel packaging machine has been developed many years in foreign countries, such as Japan’s MARUISHI, the Netherlands’s Metso, Germany’s Voith, etc., but due to expensive equipment, technical difficulties, domestic multi-site roll packaging machine is only justin its infancy, only a few companies trying to make equipment to achieve localization.MARUISHI multi-station packaging machine problems encountered in the actual running process, this problem is the cylinder-driven folding arm shaking, likely to cause arm damage during operation.The paper puts forward the folding arm, driven by the PLC control hydraulic station to the packaging machine is more stable during operation, quiet, and packaging machines last longer, so as to solve the problem.Such improvements also help the equipment as soon as possible to achieve localization.
