| With the development of multi-numerical control machining,Truss structure of steel tubular with the joint of connect directly so beloved by designer,and widely used in steel structure.The article analysed overlapped K-joints with squre chords and circular braces by nonlined finite element analysis,primary coveraged bearing capacity and hysteretic performance of overlapped K-joints with squre chords and circular braces.The bearing capacity of Warrant truss structure of steel tubular with K-joints with squre chords and circular braces.We analyzed48K-joints under statics by numerical simulation,and devided hidden weld into welded and not welded,and the loading situation into pressed through pipe and pulled through pipe from different parameter to study the ultimate bearing capacity.The conclusion proved:The bearing capacity of hidden weld welded is higher than nonweld.When the hidden weld is welded,the bearing capacity of pressed through pipe almost equal to pulled through pipe.When the parameterp=0.75%τ=0.8,the bearing capacity of pulled through pipe is lower than the others,the bearing capacity of hidden weld welded K-jiont is more higher than nonweld one. With the other parameter changing,the bearing capacity of K-jiont change a little.We analyzed24K-joints under move back and forth load by numerical simulation, and devided hidden weld into welded and not welded to study the ultimate bearing capacity.We study the hysteretic performance,the extend and the consume power,and quantize the conclusion. The conclusion proved:Under the influnce of0,as θ increasing, the hysterestic characteristic of overlap increasing Under the influnce of β,as β increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of overlap weaking.Under the influnce of τ,as τ increasing, the hysterestic characteristic of overlap increasing.Under the influnce of Ov%,as Ov%increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of overlap increasing, the hysteretic performance of hidden weld nonwelded K-jiont is better than welded one.We restored the Overlapped K-joints with squre chords and circular braces to the Warrant this capter,and designed4examples of defferent eccentric case.Every example hasd two situation of hidden weld welded and not.According to the symmetrical characteristic,we choosed half of Warrant as the count model to research the destroy model and ultimate bearing capacity. The conclusion proved:The bearing capacity of hidden weld nonwelded Warrant is less lower than welded,the extent better than welded ones. The influence of eccentric and θ is obsoletely.
