With the consistent consumption of primary energy and the appearance ofsome important issue such as the environmental pollution,developing andmaking use of renewable energy is imperative. Solar energy is becoming thepoint because of its huge reserves, extensive distribution, clear, pollution-free.Due to the original central inverter bulky, high power consumption,it is acentralized control device complexity and low conversion efficiency.Therefore,the urgent need to study a small size,simple structure, easy control of distributedmicro-inverters.In view of this, a new topology based on ARM7micro inverter controlsystem designed specifically. The system consists of a controller and main circuit.Controller will complete all aspects of computing tasks, including DC boost,MPPT, inverter grid software phase-locked, system protection andcommunications links.The main circuit is composed mainly by interleavedflyback converter, SCR commutation, active clamp circuit, completing thetransformation and transmission of energy, and it is used to complete theconversion and transmission of signals from DC to AC. Among them, thehigh-frequency transformer is the core devices of interleaved flyback converter,completing the voltage conversion function; interleaved flyback converter, whichis mainly complete the output DC signal of the solar panel into the upper halfcycle of the half-wave signal; SCR commutation thyristor composed by thefull-bridge structure of four unidirectional, which is mainly complete interleavedflyback converter output of the half-cycle half-wave signal into the functionalityof the full-wave signal; clamp circuit is mainly responsible with the pipe samevoltage stress of the main power and prolong the life of the main power tube.Through simulation, proved the control of alternative flyback, SCR phase converter, active-clamped converter, drive circuit, signal conditional circuitthrough micro grid-connected inverter control system, at the same time, provedthe feasibility of MPPT, phase-locked loop, island detection, increased thereliability of system.
