| At present, various ships generally adopts hydraulic transmission technology,marine hydraulic components continuous innovation and improvement, the reliability andstability of marine hydraulic system is improved. In the marine hydraulic system, marinehydraulic motors are widely used in all kinds of deck machinery of the ship. Cycloidalhydraulic motor as a kind of low speed high torque hydraulic motor, has been widely usedin ships deck machinery.The energy conversion mechanism of traditional cycloidal hydraulic motor generallyadopts needle tooth circle fixed as the stator, cycloidal gear as the rotor, cycloidal rotorrotated around the center of the stator, and at the same time as a slow reverse rotation.Based on the theoretical research on the traditional cycloidal hydraulic motor, this paperproposes a new structure form of cycloidal hydraulic motor, the novel cycloidal hydraulicmotor adopts the cycloidal gear is fixed as the stator, needle wheel as the rotor mesh on theoutside of it as planetary motion transmission ways. The power output mechanism adoptsW-output mechanism by pin-hole, in order to realize hydraulic motor synchronous oildistribution, design a set of end face oil distribution mechanism. The hydraulic motor hascompact structure, large output torque, high efficiency, and the power of unit quality haslarger improved than traditional cycloidal hydraulic motor.The paper introduced the related theoty of cycloidal hydraulic motor firstly, thendescribed the origin of the principle of the novel cycloidal hydraulic motor, and designed atypical prototype with6-7tooth structure of the novel cycloidal hydraulic motor. The paperintroduced the structure, the design parameters and the working principle of the novelcycloidal hydraulic motor, then constructed3D model of various parts of the novelhydraulic motor, and virtual assembly, which laid a foundation for the trial-manufacture ofphysical prototype.Hydraulic-mechanical transformation mechanism and end face oil distributionmechanism is the two important mechanism of the novel cycloidal hydraulic motor, thereis reasonable structure design on the two mechanisms in this paper, and described working principle of them in detail, analyzed and calculated the the force of the importantmechanism of the hydraulic motor under working conditions, checked the strength of thedesigned structure to meet the requirements of working condition, validated the rationalityof the design. |
