The rapid development of modern aerospace industry which requires the ability to store data storage devices with high-speed data and mass data applied, particularly in the storage of GPS navigation data. Combined with data storage technology, USB bus technology and MFC program PC software development techniques, this paper presents a new design to store the data that inculed two channals RS-422data which baud rate upto460800bps,into a U disk without computer, On the basis of the research of current storage and test technology developments and learn to master the USB transfer protocol, FAT file system.the design composed by the USB interface chip CH376which controlled by the AVR families MCU ATmegal28AVR to store data into U disk, a large capacity, which constituted by a Flash memory chip controlled by FPGA, was added in it as high-speed data buffer in order to achieve the two high-speed serial data. Using the method that reading data by a computer after storing data on-site, and then analyse the data by self-developed PC software.The recorder of high-speed serial data is mainly composed of large amounts of data buffering and U disk read and write module controlled by MCU, as opposed to the traditional design, the key technologies and innovations are:(1) U disk as data memory of high-speed serial data recorder is applied in the flight parameter data recorder system at the first time. Data is stored into U disk with the "log-style" management approach following the FAT file system format, and data stored in U disk is read by PC directly. The recorder is working with a standard USB2.0interface.The capacity of recorder is8GB, and it will upgrade by replacing a large-capacity U disk. The speed of data writing up to64Kbps.the maxmuim speed of serial data be stored is up to156KBps. Two channels serial data rate which bandrate is up to460kbps could be stored by the recorder. And the single data recording time is up to40hours when the high-speed data is stored reliability.(2) The break-point function of flash data. A power-down circuit is designed specifically for detecting voltage of system power. The ciecuit using a chip MAX709as the key device, brownout detection circuitry timely feedback a useful signal when the system power voltage undervoltage or for any reason cut-down. Programming by VHDL language to save the breakpoint address in order to achieve Flash memory data breakpoint functionality and continue storing data to Flash memory next time, to some extent, reduce the loss due to power failure brings.(3) Structural design for strong anti-shock, anti-static function. Particularity U disk data recorder working environment, metallic materials selected for the structure to achieve electrostatic shielding effect, a push-pull grooved structure for U disk to ensure U disk connection is stable when the circuit working, so that reliable data storage.The PC software programming by MFC is used to process and analysis test data from debug opration, which can verify the feasibility of the design.
