In today’s society, the industrial technology develops rapidly, people’s living standardsimproved significantly, energy consumption has increased a lot.Petroleum, coal, natural gasand other traditional energy in these decades or hundreds of years will be used up. In order tosolve this problem, some of the emerging green energy has attracted people’s attention, whichis one of the piezoelectric power generation technology. Piezoelectric power generation isrelatively simple, and no pollution to the environment, which must be valued by researchersand widely welcomed by people.Aiming at the general piezoelectric power generation technology for a short time, thecapacity of the power generation is weak and other shortcomings, this paper proposes a powermechanism driven by shape memory alloy. Piezoelectric ceramics has become electricallycharged when a force is exerted and can produced power when an electric field is applied. Thecontrol is much accurate, and the response is faster, but its driving force is small, unable toproduce greater deformations. The driving force of shape memory alloy is much big, but itsresponse frequency is much lower. Through the analysis of the shape memory alloy and theproperties of piezoelectric ceramics material properties, construction of compositepiezoelectric cantilever structure combined with the characteristics of the two, using the finiteelement simulation software ANSYS to conduct the theoretical simulation and practicalexperiments methods to study the performance of drive power mechanism of shape memoryalloy, and to find out the factors affected the performance of power mechanism by powerenvironmental temperature, through the selection of suitable material and structureparameters to reach the best effect of power generation, finally the energy is collected bythe design of energy acquisition circuit.The use of piezoelectric cantilever beam to generate electricity driven by the shapememory alloy, which belongs to the first at home and abroad. The environment motivated by the temperature can come from cars exhaust, aircrafts and rockets engines nozzle flow andother jet environments. This device can be used in MEMS field, biomedical field to realize thegain of energy.
