In recent years, with the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy, increasinginvestment in infrastructure projects, the construction enterprises also will continue to growand develop. As a result, people pay more and more attention on construction projectsquality control.GuanBaoShan concentrator is one of the old iron mine reconstruction and expansionprojects of the Angang Group, and currently the largest concentrator of Anshan Iron andsteel company, the project is also the key project of mine construction company, the Prosand cons of project construction quality, not only related to the breach of the constructioncontract and bear the legal consequences, it will also have a significant impact on theconstruction company’s reputation and future sustainable development of the enterprise.Therefore, the research based on the quality control of this construction project is verynecessary.In this paper, guided by the theory of engineering project quality control, characteristics,principles, basis, methods and process of the large-scale concentrator engineering projectquality control are summarized and explored, learned from the advanced experience both athome and abroad, studied the development status and key problems of the GuanBaoShanconcentrator project, combined with our own experience of related problem causes for theexploration, and proposed rationalization measures, formed the project quality control plan,completed the theoretical study of this paper.This paper mainly studies and discusses GuanBaoShan concentrator projectconstruction quality control practice, our mine construction company put forwards the" threestrict three drives" as the core of quality control of new pattern. Its specific expression is:strict control of major engineering segments, drive to the improvement of general divisionsof the project, namely to grab the key; strict control of the weak links, drive to the qualityexcellence of whole process, namely to raise short board; Seriously strengthening qualityawareness, drive to the continuous improvement of quality management, that is to grasp thequality culture construction."Three strict three drives" as the core of a new model of quality management will be anew attempt in quality management work of the mine construction company, especially for the quality culture construction, rise to the innovation of quality culture management for thefuture implementation of the project construction management and quality control of theconcentrator project, is of guiding significance.
