In recent years as the country policy on natural gas in the direction of the vehicle toencourage greater clarity and blowout of natural gas vehicle development, grasp thedevelopment of key technologies for development of natural gas engine and gas engine iscrucial.The key technology of natural gas engine development include: engine air intakeprocess, the law of gas flow and combustion in cylinder, engine emission control strategies,gas engine detonation control technology, etc.Engine air intake technology mainly include: internal circulation of the diameter of thematching engine throttle, different length of the intake manifold on engine performanceanalysis, analysis of different inlet position of the engine performance and engine with gasphase performance analysis, exhaust gas turbocharger matching technology. Internalcirculation of the diameter of the matching engine throttle and different length of the intakemanifold on engine performance analysis take the way of simulation calculation guideengineering development, focus on the exploring of matching rule; After three different inletposition of the engine performance analysis, the engine with gas phase performance analysis,exhaust gas turbocharger matching technology is mainly the GT-Power after softwaresimulation analysis on the bench test, focuses on the key technology of engine forengineering application value.Law of gas flow and combustion in cylinder is mainly on the type of gas flow incylinder theory is introduced, and pointed out that for the key influence factors in the processof natural gas engine combustion process of gas flow in cylinder and the simulation analysisof turbulent kinetic energy, through the theoretical research put forward tactics rarefiedcombustion of natural gas engine and combustion development key elements.Engine emission control strategies, through the interpretation of national laws andregulations, ETC cycle load spectrum test, combined with the rig electrical control processorselection after calibration and testing, puts forward6g gas engine emission control strategies,and verify the strategy successfully.Natural gas engine knock control technology from the theoretical analysis of gas engineknock causes and harm, and in the process of engineering exploration of natural gas engineknock, identify engine knock phenomena, knock calibration is introduced and the process of knock protection function of calibration, and natural gas engine knock evaluation method isput forward.Based on the research of the above key technology development, the process of theengine intake, the law of gas flow and combustion in cylinder through theoretical analysisand the summary, guide the6g gas engine product development process, improve theefficiency of development, enhance the level of engine performance has positivesignificance.
