| With the constant improvement ofinfrastructure,such as, various venues, roads,etc. into the maintenance period in China,and multi-functional small constructionmachinery must be usedin that workplace When these operations are bound by workspace and ground conditions, so our small construction machinery has good prospectsfor development. The small skid steer loader as a representative of constructionmachinery,it gets the favour of construction machinery manufacturers at home andabroad in recent years.In China, skid steer loaders were introduced late, which causes a clear gapcompared with foreign in key technologies. The skid steer loaders produced bydomestic manufacturers are mainly exported to some underdeveloped regions of Asia,South America. And due to the constraints of some aspects such as energy-saving,emissions, etc., they are difficult to be introduced to the European market, so we needto make a lot of research in matching engine and hydraulic systems. But whenmatching the engine and hydraulic system, only by understanding the powerconsumed of hydraulic system, a reasonable match strategy can be worked out. Thepurpose of this study is also here.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project:Dynamics Simulationanalysis and Comparison research of the Hydraulic system and transmission system ofthe loader,this paper research the hydraulic drive system and load as a total system.Also it used the methodof theoretical analysis, co-simulation analysis and comparisonof the mutual authentication.experimental testing to analysis the power property of thesystem, and Firstly,analysis the theory of skid steer loader’s running system, workingsystem and the oil charging system.Secondly,test the typicalworking condition of skidsteer loaders’running system, working system and co-condition to make the basis of the analysis of Co-simulation. Then use the method of Co-simulation by1D+3D andbuild the model of hydraulic drive system by AMESim and VirtualLabmotion,through which analysis the power property of skid steer loader’s runningsystem, working system and the oil charging system.Also,this paper compare the theory and the experiment result. At last,analysisand optimize the match between engine and run variable value pump in straight walkcondition,which provide a useful method to match between engine and hydraulicsystem. The following is the detail of this paper:The chapter1, introduced and compared the general development of skid steerloader. The gap at home and abroad are mainly embodied in the control power ofhydraulic system, this paper introduces the commonly used method of power control,and these methods based on the understanding of the working conditions of hydraulicpower system, so on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research presentsituation of the power characteristics of the hydraulic system, put forward researchcontent of this paper.The chapter2, it used the methodof theoretical analysis to analysis the powerproperty of the system. When analyzing the power characteristics which walkingsystem, deriving out from the kinematics and kinetic of the walking system.The chapter3, based on the theoretical analysis, making experiment with thetypical skid steer loader running system conditions (including straight-ahead driving,steering unilateral and bilateral steering), typical operating conditions of work systems(including both load lifting boom and full load lift boom), and the joint workingconditions.Finally, compared experimentally testedand co-simulation Analyzed.The chapter4, established AMESim model for the skid steer loader hydraulicrunning and working system. And established HCD model for key components ofrunning systems: such as variable pump, DA valves, pilot valves, multi-channelvalves, leveling valves. And establishedHY models for the rest.The Chapter5, established Motion model of the machine based on LMS VirtualLab Motion, and combined with AMESim model to analyze the powercharacteristics typical conditions of running system,work system, fill the oil system,and compared with the theoretical analysis and laboratory test results. According tothe simulation results, maked matching of the engine and walking variable pumpoptimize simulation analysisfor straight running, and provided a way to match theengine and hydraulic system. |
