Loaders are widely used in today’s domestic and foreign construction machinery,which plays an important role in the field of infrastructure development, disaster relief,construction and so on. In recent years, with the development of the times and theimprovement of technology, Comprehensive quality attracted more and more attention.Loaders shift shock problem as a common phenomenon in the process of driving, theprocess of shifting smoothness directly affect the driver ’s control of the machine, whilethe driver fatigue and affect efficiency. In addition, this issue will reduce the stability,safety and life of the machine. Whether smooth shifting has gradually become animportant indicator of the quality of comprehensive evaluation of the loader. Therefore,to improve smooth shifting, reduce shift shock to enhance the overall quality is important,and also the purpose of this study lies.The issue of cooperation projects from Jilin University and the Institute of JiangsuLiugong. After a review of relevant information,Use AMESim to establish a smoothengagement valve simulation model and transmission model, Through a batchsimulation calculation to identify the main factors affecting the shift smoothness andgives optimization. the optimization of the shift control valve is placed in the modifiedexperimental test machine, and by improving the analysis of experimental errorexperiments come to improve the feasibility of the program shift smoothness.This paper describes the history and development trends of loaders, pointed out theimportance of shifting performance. Then introduced the reasons for shifting problemsand the current universal solution; By studying a certain loader produced by JiangsuLiugong, analyzed the impact of the various parts of the product machine for smoothshifting of the transmission system, to identify the main factors for the smooth process ofshifting issues. Through the establishment of a mathematical model in the clutch gearshift process, made the decision to improve the performance of the shift by adjusting theoutput pressure of the smooth engagement valve. To further analyze the impact of themain parameters of the process of the smooth engagement valve on the output pressure,we use AMESim simulation software to build a hydraulic simulation model andtransmission model, and finally gives the corresponding optimized data according to thesimulation results. According to optimize data derived from simulation analysis, design experiments to test, ordered a new valve plug, springs and other components, and finallythe experiment. Through experimental data and theoretical models, comparative analysisof simulation prove the feasibility of the simulation models and the accuracy of theoptimize data. Finally, obtained solution to the problem by the analysis of theexperimental data.
