| Train communication network, as one of the key technologies of EMU, is responsible for the information sharing of train control, diagnostics and monitoring. It is critical to the safety of train operation and passengers ride comfort, on which the research has great significance. With the development of EMU towards high-speed, automation and comfortable, train communication network needs to meet the new demands of the transmission of passenger information and remote diagnosis. Limited by the communication bandwidth, existing train communication network is difficult to meet the mass quantity data transmission of new requirements. With the advantages of high speed of communication, networking flexibility and low cost, industrial Ethernet has become the development trend of the control network. As the continuous development and improvement, industrial Ethernet is also used to train communication network, and has become a developing direction of train communication network.In this paper, the application of industrial Ethernet to train communication network is researched. According to the device function and requiremen of transmit information of train-level network of CRH2, a train-level network simulation system consisted of2M and2T is constructed based on Ethernet Powerlink. It has a positive effect on the application of real-time Ethernet in train communication network and the development of train communication network with Chinese independent intellectual property right.Firstly, the application of industrial Ethernet in train communication network is researched, according to the development trend of train communication network. The Ethernet Powerlink technology is analyzed in detail, its real-time communication mechanism, network theory and implementation process are mastered.Secondly, a train-level network simulation system is designed, the functional modules of which is divided and implemented. The train-level equipment is simulated with LabVIEW, the simulation software of central device, terminal device and displayer are completed, also the data interface is defined. Based on windows, the Ethernet Powerlink network is achieved, and the communication simulation of train-level network is realized based on Ethernet Powerlink.Finally, the test of simulation system is completed on the train-level network, which is set up using PC and Ethernet hub. The results show that the Ethernet Powerlink technology can meet the communication requirement of train-level network well, simulation system can successfully simulate the generation and response of train control command, the collection and monitoring of on-board equipment state, the generation and display of fault, the real-time transmission of information and other functions, which meet the design requirements. |
