Large hydropower underground caverns including the main plant, transformer room, tailwater room, transportation holes, diversion tunnel and other components, the tunnels cross between each other and have a complex structure and a great depth, there exist a long construction period, poor ventilation, groundwater seepage and rock scattered wet, etc. If special geological conditions existed, it will enable the formation of high humidity environment inside the tunnel. High humidity would seriously endanger the health of workers, impact the efficiency of workers, leading to the tunnel can not be safely and effectively carry out the construction. Therefore, the research on the tunnel wet environment and control methods has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper was based on the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects-Baihetan Hydropower Station underground caverns project, first, got the actual thermal environment of underground caverns construction of hydropower stations and wet source through field investigation, analyzed the influencing factors and the physical process of construction of underground caverns hot and humid environment of hydropower, identified the main wet source of underground hydropower caverns, and deduced wall moisture quantity changes with the indoor temperature and humidity according to the theoretical analysis. Then, by comparing the experimental and numerical experiments, established the calculation of wet environments and wet boundary conditions of given method, finally analyzed the dehumidification effect on the palm area of the head which took different dehumidifying method, different air supply, different air states, different air volume and other factors, and give the dehumidification mode and method of calculation and control of the wet environment of underground cavern construction of hydropower groups.The paper established calculation method of wall moisture and proposed the calculation and control method of wet environment of construction of underground caverns hydropower. It can provide a reference for the actual underground hydropower project dehumidification control.
