| LED lighting as the fourth generation light source,it has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, long life, the traditional incandescent bulbs is gradually replaced by LED lighting. As the core part of the LED lamps and lanterns, LED drive power supply has been a important research field of domestic and international IC design company. When LED lighting lamps and lanterns is applied to the family of small and medium-sized power occasions, the power supply with the characteristics of a simple structure, low cost, stable performance, the advantages of high efficiency,high safety are expected, however, on the market the product of AC-DC LED driver power supply that can meet such characteristics are not enough, so this type of drive power has been the focus of current research.In this paper, the main task is that the AC-DC LED constant current drive power supply model according to project requirement is analyzed,and then SIMetrix software is used for modeling and simulation model. Through the research of the drive power model,it can promote integrated circuit designers understanding of the working principle of the constant current drive power,and speed up product development speed,and improve the quality of the products.In the process of modeling, different constant current control method and circuit topology structure are analyzed and summarized firstly,then the control mode of the drive power supply model is determined to be the peak current control mode base on the single closed-loop,and the topology structure is determined to be flyback topology.And then through the logical analysis of the driving power supply under different condition, the drive power logic and function of the circuit structure is designed.In view of the drawback of current number of power.electronic software in electronic circuit modeling, such as poor of the simulation convergence, slow speed of the simulation, occupies system resources, etc., this paper chooses SIMetrix software for modeling and simulation of the driving power, the software is a good way to overcome the shortcomings of other software in the simulation convergence, the simulation speed and the use of system resources and so on. The simulation results show that the driving power supply model is correct. Finally, The test circuit of flow pieces samples of the drive power based on drive model of this paper is designed, and the test platform is setted up.the related performance of drive power is tested, the test results show that the load current drive power control accuracy can reach5%, the measured maximum efficiency can reach78.2%. Functional test results show that under different fault state power can start protection. Thus, according to the results of the test data analysis can be seen that the drivie power in the constant current characteristics, protection function and efficiency can meet the design requirements. At the same time through the contrast analysis of simulation results with test results, the correctness of the model is further verified. |
