With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the demand of high-speed train increases. Water tank as an essential suspension equipment under high speed train, study on the influence of the inside liquid sloshing on vehicle body vibration and running safety is also essential. This paper mainly through building the coupled dynamic model of high-speed train and water tank, analysis the effect of the water tank solid-liquid coupling on car body vibration and running safety. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, building a mathematical model of liquid sloshing inside the tank. The natural frequency and vibration mode of internal liquid sloshing is obtained through theoretical calculation and analysis; The natural frequency and vibration mode of internal liquid sloshing is obtained through finite element analysis, and the results of both are compared; Combined theoretical calculation with finite element analysis results to build the equivalent mechanical model of water tank, obtain convection quality态convection quality stiffness and height under different liquid level height, used for dynamic simulation analysis.Secondly, building the coupled dynamic model of high-speed train and water tank. Considering rigidity car body and elasticity; Considering transverse vibration and longitudinal vibration of inside liquid respectively; Considering rigid suspension and elastic suspension of tank respectively; considering different height of inside liquid level.Finally, considering the car tank of liquid-solid coupling to do dynamic simulation analysis, Including the vehicle running stability and safety indicators; Analysis the dynamics index influence difference of solid-liquid coupling effect on rigid and flexible body, It is concluded that the tank to the influence of the elastic body is bigger; Contrast analysis the influence difference of the water tank elastic suspension and rigid suspension of vehicle dynamics index,Verify the necessity of water tank to use elastic suspension; By analyzing the dynamics index influence of water tank under different suspension stiffness,It is concluded that water tank is the most suitable vertical suspension stiffness is18Hz; Considering the dynamics index influences of liquid-solid coupling impact on car body when vehicle longitudinal impact and curve through.
