| With the popularization and application of intelligent transportation, traffic data affects various aspects of people’s lives and travel mode, by analyzing, uploading, sharing and disposing it, one can figure out traffic congesting problem. Data collection does not only have great significance in analyzing and perfecting traffic condition, but also offers scientific thinking and basic support to decision makers and researchers.Mobile phone positioning technology has the potential of application in traffic essential data collection as the rapid development of wireless communication technology. Traffic information collecting technology based on mobile communication uses signaling message in mobile phone networks to analyze and deduce dynamic traffic condition, its feature can be generalized as wide road coverage, comparatively low data collection cost, easy deployment, relatively high precision, etc. As a burgeoning method of dynamic traffic detecting, this technology makes full use of mobile phone network resource, and its practicability is under demonstration and popularization.This paper does research on the road network calibration step of colleting vehicle travel speed based on mobile phone handover positioning technology. By deep analyze of factor that affects mobile phone handover characteristics in wireless communication theory and road network calibration of full path and maximum weight path, the author built wireless communication and microscopic integrate traffic simulation platform to do comparative study on effect of vehicle speed sampling with different times of mobile phone handover road tests. By acquiring mobile phone handover changing data which accord with the law of real data characteristics and road traffic operation data, through multiple evaluation indexes such as overall matching status and matching quality, the author did quantificational comparative analysis of different handover road test times and evaluated road test times differences in various road sampling methods both qualitatively and quantitively combining the foundation of theoretical study, and summarized as follow: on the premise of applying full path road network calibration method,30or more times of road test should be suitable; on the premise of applying maximum weight calibration method, the recommended minimum road test times shall be more than5. |
