Reseach On Working And Operation Improving Of The Marshalling Station’s Daily Plan

Marshalling station daily plan plays an very important role in marshalling station operation. This article based on the problems of making and performing about current marshalling station daily plan, put forward adjust the time span of daily plan, every span changes from12to6hours long; Improving the making flow of the daily plan, adding locomotive manager take part in decision-making to coordination between locomotive flow continuing and vehicle flow continuing. Improving the performing flow,building the performing platform of plan, station,locomotive depot and car depot manager can work together to achieve working mostly in-phase. There are many correlative problems need to be studied and optimized, for:quality of data or information, capacity adjusting in the period of dense arriving, vehicle flow continuing, vehicle flow adjusting before or after maintaining time, optimizing scheme of trains among the railway terminal, capacity coordinating between daily plan and theory, monitoring on plan working. At the same time, in order to cooperate implementing daily plan, this paper puts forward two reformation that station manage locomotive and build combine office, enhance the certainty of local operation; the result proves this improving is feasible basing on the practical data of KunMingEast railway station in recent years. In the end, this paper put forward further reformation that station implements inspection of freight trains and manages locomotives among the rail terminal, aim to release station’s capacity to the hilt.
