With the rapid development of global economy, the consumption of fossil fuel,such as petroleum, natural gas and coal and other energy sources, is being increased fast.Many problems which are increasing, the deterioration of the global environment, specially more and more greenhouse gases and baneful gases are released into the air. With the haze of the country appeared increasingly frequency, PM10, PM2.5which was only known by professionals, now often seen in newspapers. Environmental pollution is a serious impact on people’s health and quality of life.The emission of pollution source gas control is the fundamental solution to the problem.So, the development of a gas analyzer with high sensitivity and resolution, which is used to detect the concentration of harmful gas, is not only of theoretical significance, more practical significance to improve the people’s living environment. This issue is spread out based on SRICI research project "New Realizing infrared analyzer" as the background of writing.Infrared gas analyzer as an important means of detection of harmful gases, are increasingly shown its important role, with the sensor technology, computer technology and intelligent control theory of continuous optimization, infrared gas analysis has also been a rapid development. Compared ourselves,this paper focuses on the research of introduced by electrically modulated infrared light source for non-dispersed infrared gas sensor technology principle, By using the electric modulation infrared source,there is no traditional mechanical modulation in the component infrared detection structure, At the same time, the high performance pyroelectric infrared sensor with built in interference filter and the single light and two wavelengths technology are used. development analysis instrument, which can be used for real-time measurement of many gases such as CO2, CO, CH4, NO. In this paper, combined with software and hardware design of infrared gas analyzer design requirements, Hardware circuit chooses the United States Microchip PIC18F4580microcontroller for core microprocessor, software components using C programming language. At present the infrared gas analyzer of our design has passed the preliminary test, The data results are consistent with the design requirements, and accord with the industry standard JJG635-2011.
