The development of the city is accompanied by social civilization and progressof science and technology, is the mark of industrial revolution and economicdevelopment, and also an important part of human civilization. Recently, with theprogress of human society and the rapid development of science and technology, theurbanization process become more and more faster. However, plenty of geologicalenvironment problem appeared in the process of city construction. Therefore, how tokeep the city construction and geological environment protection coordination,consider the Geology environment capacity of the city, to ensure the city geologicalenvironment system develop sustainably and stably, has become an important subjectof urban geological work.This paper research is based on the Daxing New District Planning Area ofBeijing, through the consolidation analysis of the basic geological data, introducingthe DRASTIC evaluation model to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability, combinedwith the actual situation, Proposed and used the DART evaluation model to evaluatethe groundwater vulnerability and divide the survey region.According to the geological environment characteristics of Daxing New DistrictPlanning Area, Focuses on the analysis of the topography, rock and soil environment,groundwater environment and bad geological phenomenon, put forward the indexsystem which consist of11geological environment factors, that’s terrain slope,geomorphic elemental type, soil bearing capacity, soft soil thickness, soilcompressibility, rich aquifer, groundwater quality, groundwater vulnerability, activefault, land subsidence and sand liquefaction etc. and there Grading standards. Usingthe analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight. Then divide the surveyregion into6000cells(200m×200m) through square grid units divide method, after thestandardization processing data of each index, adopt space state method to evaluate.Drawing of each evaluation index partition map through GIS, combined with theweight of each index, raster superimposed each evaluation index partition map.Finally completed area evaluation zoning map of capacity of geological environmentof Daxing New District Planning Area of Beijing. The research results can providereference for the construction of New District Planning development.
