With the development of power electronics, more and more capable device has the advantages of high accuracy, high speed, but the demand for power quality is more and more high. Voltage sag is the most widely used electricity user complaints of power problems, many enterprises because of voltage sag caused by production, equipment damage caused large economic loss is immeasurable. Therefore the control voltage sag technology also needs in the past based on continuous updates.Firstly, based on existing mature sag voltage control technology are introduced in detail:recombinant technology, distribution network fast switching device based on solid state switch (SSTS) based on distribution network reconstruction and dynamic voltage restorer control technology in modern control technology of voltage sag. Compared with the ordinary vacuum circuit breaker switching device, the opening time is8-12times higher, closing time was increased by3-4times, the service life of electronic devices has greatly improved, it is important to its capacity to a large number of. Solid state switching technology used in semiconductor switching devices, produced main and standby power supply switch between and can effectively inhibit the arc in the1/4cycle.Then, study on the performance of the control algorithms. According to the characteristic of DVR, not only the need of rapid response to the signal, also need to consider the stability of the system, the length of time to adjust and when the grid of small amplitude frequency drift can stability control. This paper proposed the influence of modified PR regulator in response to the power grid frequency drift due to the stability of the system based on PR. Regulator based on PR added two closed-loop poles. In order to be able to intuitively reflect the performance of various controllers, using MATLAB to build the simulation model with the controller, setting a parameter cutoff frequency ωc=3.14rad/s device based on PR regulation, thus verifying the increase pole PR regulator with greater bandwidth range.Finally, some of the hardware and software design of series DVR is designed.
