Development Of Test System Of Basic Properties For Auto Warning Horn

As one of the most important component horn is widely used in the car,including car radios, car TV, and it is also used in anti-theft warning.With theimprovement of car’s humane, comfortable degree, which has promoted horn soundquality, noise and pollution requirements into a newly height. The electric horn haddeveloped from the contact-type into non-contact. Due to the limitations of theassembly process, it can not real-time monitoring the quality of the non-contact hornduring the assembly process, so the test and discriminant of the pass rate must bedone after assembled. Although non-contact type warning horn superiorperformance is stable and reliable car, it is necessary to had test before the horn offthe factory as the improvement part of quality control requirements. There is a biggap between domestic horn testing equipment with foreign, however, foreignequipment multifunctional complex, technical level for operating personnel requireshigh compatibility which are not match China’s national conditions. Therefore, studyof the car warning horn test system which match the national conditions is greathelpful to increase the horn factory testing pass rate.This paper had analysed the standard specifies and test methods of warningelectronic horn beyond the performance parameters based on the working principle.It had given the composition of the structure of the test system and describes thesystem hardware design process on the basis of the structure of the existing carwarning horn tester and requirements and test environment that the enterpriseneeded. Formatted the measurement and control system by the host and functionboards that meet the testing requirements. This paper had given a reference valueway to design consumer speakers based on the working principle and structure. Thissystem was used the modern microcomputer measurement and control and thevirtual instrument technology means, that can make the system software designed to meet the characteristics of the virtual instrument software hierarchy. The system isBeautiful interface and easy to operate by used the LabVIEW. The test result isautomatically stored as the EXCEL report.This system follows the testing standards to meet the business requirements,and passed the inspection successfully. The using of testing system will certainlyimprove product performance and test the level of domestic automobile warningelectronic horn.
