The Renovation Of Fangyu Village In Xiaoli District Of Jinan

The renovation to ancient Fangyu village is a radical reflection to dilapidated buildings, it is not a direct answer to the question and it never makes choices. According to the current falling situation, we may conceive a possibility about the regeneration of this old village. The paper, taking the case of transforming the ancient Fangyu village in Xiaoli district of Jinan as an example, tries to study the solutions as renovation to the ancient village in design area. On the understanding of protecting traditional culture, we may reduce a notion during the process of village renovating. Our aim is to refine the empathy contained in the beautiful stone buildings and attribute totally brand new meanings to modern life. The topic of this paper is how to reconstruct the ancient Fangyu village. In the view that protecting of historic buildings would rather dynamically combine with modern life than be statically mothballed, adapting in a successful case of similar renovation projects, we analyze local environment protection and control, planning notion, building renovation of ancient Fangyu village from its current situation, historical and cultural characteristics and traditional domestic architectures. And finally propose the detailed developing notion of exploring rural tourism resources and investing in Shiyuwu luxury resort project. By all of these efforts, the local environment and traditional culture of the ancient village could be given special protection and support to enjoy an advance of sustainable development.
