Abstract/Summary:
As the basic equipment of The electric car development, the electric car chargingand discharging machine had been one of the new energy research important topic,at thesame time,it is also the cooperation with China XiDian Group.In this paper,the author use the Matlab Embedded Target toolbox because of thetopological structure of the battery charger.Combined with the controller DSP2812, itbuilt the simulation based the hardware charger model,through copy control integratedsystem.The model is not only easy,but also very useful.It generated the code directly,andrealize the circuit control of some part. It used the Three-phase PWM rectifier technologyin charging stage to reduces the content of of power grid harmonic,and to improve thepower factor.It control the charging voltage and capacitance by DC/DC transducer,resultin the charging function of constant current and constant voltage: In the dischargestage,the battery is boost by DC/DC circuit,and pull the battery power back to grid by thereverse control of PWM,thus the function V2G of electric car charging and dischargingmachine is come true.In this paper,concerning the problem of disconnect betweenhardware control with software simulation,the author find the integration point of Matlabsimulation and the actual hardware system.The model built by system based on perunit,thus the feed-forward decoupling control is realize,and the Controllability andobservability is improved. In the actual system,to solve the problem of overvoltage,over-current and over-temperature,the author design the protective circuit with thefunction of protection could setting.That circuit can protect the system by closing thehardware drive and the software program at the same time.It also design the powermonitor to monitoring the output power of the charge and discharge machine,by theway,it save the cost of the system. Finally,based on the Matlab simulation, three-phase grid-connecting,PWMrectification,Buck and Boost circuit are realize by Code generation system,each functionis designed surround the parameter index of the the electric car charging and dischargingmachine...
