With the progress of science and technology, and continuously explore of ultra-precision machining technology, aspheric machining technology has been constantly improve, making the aspherical application fields wider and wider. Especially with aerospace technology态electronic science and technology> the continuous development of optical manufacturing technology, Tiangong1in China and the launch of the shenzhou series of spacecraft, needs to be more perfect image quality, higher accuracy and better surface finish of aspheric lens. Toric lens can replace multiple optical lens, improve the imaging quality, make the system more simple. Toric mirror used at large Angle of the light reflection, reflection after no ordinary plane mirror, spherical mirror image deformation problem, reduce the usage of optical lenses.A high precision optical glass material toric lenses processing is relatively difficult. In NC machining, the surface shape accuracy and surface finish it is hard to guarantee at the same time.In this paper, the above problem. Regard a toric lens as the experimental object, in view of complex curved surface processing technology were studied, and optimized the processing technological process, about the detection of complex curved mirror technology has carried on the deep discussion, finally get the ideal face shape accuracy, to solve the edge effect and the center of the complex surface mirror is hard to control the thickness of the processing technology of problem.
