Nowadays, gradually mature CAE analysis become an indispensable part of the mould design, it can be in the mold into the actual production before they can find there are some problems, and then the engineer can through the analysis result to revise the design, make the mould production cycle has decreased.The paper quotes from a sheet metal forming finite element in the specific application and methods, and in the mold design of some main steps also introduced the aid of Dynaform software, and in the fourth chapter explains Dynaform with the numerical simulation and analysis of data and results, we can see that the finite element and auxiliary simulation software in the mold design and manufacture of indispensable status. The actual processing mould the assembly, commissioning and field to solve some practical problems.Through this topic research, numerical simulation can be used in the mold design of a further understanding and the understanding, in the actual production to more use it freely.
