The shape of the large-size aircraft parts is relatively complex and need high-acc uracy requirements in assembly process, so it need to apply virtual docking visualizati on technique to ensure accurate docking. According to the virtual reality technology,D ELMIA program could be used to do visualization research for the docking process of large-size aircraft parts. After determine the docking project, a virtual scene could be built to simulate the whole docking process and do the simulation through the way of visualization on computer.Then optimize and output the results through the interference analysis, the proces s analysis and the ergonomics analysis to discover a variety of spatiality and structural problems.It can reduce unnecessary process problem before the actual docking and ta ke full advantage of the resource and enhance the quality of the large aircraft parts doc king by modifying the assemble process and production line have designed before rea sonablly according to the simulation analysis result. |
