| Cell is the basic unit of the individual organism. The study of living cell in different areas can obtain more accurate and comprehensive information about its current physical states and processes, and can also make better understand about individual differences in cell colony and functions of some special cells. What’s more, the study and analysis for electronic characteristics of cells have gotten a lot of attention because of its wide application field.Aiming at this issue of the cell electronic characteristics, the thesis analyses and summarizes the research methods and its advantages and disadvantages of various cell electronic characteristics, solves the problem that the long time used by the atomic force probe on a lot of living cells from the same species in the process of repeated measurement would reduce cell survival rate, and uses atomic force microscope probe to obtain morphology, current image and â… /â…¤ curve of the yeast cells, winter jasmine cells and colon cancer cells. Analysis of the atomic force microscopy can directly detect biological cell conductivity in air or under near physiological conditions. The conductive properties of yeast cells decrease gradually with the cell aging. The conductive properties with the same spring flower cell in different position are different. And the conductive properties of colon cancer cells are the best of all the three. |
