In view of the present of photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells is low, the incident light can not effectively absorbed. this paper adopted the method of laser interference to make microstructure on the surface of silicon. In order to reduce the loss of the incident light, increase the absorption of light.This article use four beams laser interference. Through the four beams laser interference in a specific area, The light intensity distributed again and it can forming periodic light intensity distribution. We etched microstructures on the surface of silicon and use the micro cavity theory to analysis the reason of reduce reflected light.The period of the microstructure is14.2μm. It’s reflectivity has greatly reduced compared to the silicon without microstructures. And it’s better than the solar cell at300nm to570nm and1030nm to1100nm. This method can be used to manufacture solar cell’s microstructures for the loss of incident light.
