In today’s society, optical non-contact measurement because of its high detection speed, high measurement precision, the object to be measured without damage and many other advantages, gradually become the mainstream way of three-dimensional measurement. This paper mainly applications ATOS3D measurement system, the system uses an optical projection scanning mode on the scanned object measurement, application field is very extensive.The main part of the scanning system--scan of the head, is mainly composed of a light source, grating and a two camera, realized on the foundation without contact with the scan target, can obtain target3D point cloud model. Maximum application of this system is to get the scan point cloud, but there are a lot of factors that can affect the accuracy of the point cloud data obtained in this paper, according to the specific scanning application, summarizes some factors making the point cloud data error, such as system light source and grating, external light and vibration, scanning imaging agents and paste the mark point, in this paper, according to the factors affecting the accuracy, put forward specific solution, can not be avoided situation, research on how to use the system with software to achieve the precision, such as remove the extra point and the integration of point. And according to some tests on the industrial needs, In this paper, with specific examples, studies describing the system can be implemented to scan the target detection, as a point of the error and a portion of the shape and position error.
