With the development of the society, the energy problem has become increasingly prominent, so it is necessary to develop new sources of energy. Sustainable utilization of solar energy as a clean and pollution-free energy, and is an important renewable energy. But due to the low solar energy density, thus improve the efficiency of solar thermal conversion, is still the main problem facing the solar thermal applications.In order to solve this problem, design a kind of well type solar air heating equipment. Improve the conversion efficiency of field. Based on the basic theory of solar air heating system, the design is the use of Fresnel lens point focusing way is focused on the condenser of the collector, improves the optical efficiency of concentrated heating system. Using CATIA software to design the mechanical structure of the device and3d modeling, photoelectric sensor and MCU is used to control device of horizontal and longitudinal direction, the automatic tracking system of the sun’s rays. The shell of the device design the thermal insulation layer, the system of the heat loss is reduced, further improve the conversion efficiency of field device. Using TracePro software to carry on the simulation, focusing the Fresnel lens will be in the form of four cavity heat absorber, comparing the optical efficiency of selecting optimal design scheme of optical conversion efficiency.Through experiment and analysis of experimental results, the device has reached the design requirements of the technical indicators:condenser optical efficiency≥85%. the high temperature condition, the thermal conversion efficiency≥35%, the photoelectric sensor tracking precision±2.5, the system is stable and reliable.
