With the continuous development of railway transportation, especially the development of high-speed railway and the special line for passenger dedicated railway line, The Bridges in high speed railway line put forward higher requirements. The kind of new bridge form of steel-concrete composite truss is used in some high speed railway line. Compared with traditional concrete-filled steel truss beam, this composite structure is reasonable, convenient construction, have enough stiffness, driving comfort; saving more steel, have small noise, economical and so on. The bridge structure form in this paper analyzed and researched is the single T rigid frame and stiffened steel truss composite structure bridge. The static performance of the composite structure are discussed, especially the impact analysis the effect of temperature on the structure. The dynamic performance of the structure are analyzed, The seismic performance of the structure is discussed based on the seismic dynamic time history response of some specific structures. This paper provided a reference for the design and application of the new structure applied in China. The main achievements can be summarized as follows:(1)Using MIDAS/CIVIL build single T rigid frame and stiffened steel truss composite structure finite element analysis model and the single T finite element analysis model, the displacement,stress and internal force to the dead, moving and temperature load is calculated respectively. The static response of bridge is calculated and the distribution pattern of which is discussed based on the results. The static capacity is checked under three different load.(2)Because of thermal conductors between the steel truss and the concrete box girder is different, temperature changes in both produce certain temperature difference. The static effect of the temperature variation on the single T rigid frame and stiffened steel truss composite structure is considered.(3) Using MIDAS/CIVIL build single T rigid frame and stiffened steel truss composite structure finite element analysis model and the single T finite element analysis model respectively. Computation of vibration frequency is carried out and seismic response is analyzed by use of response-spectrum method and time history method. Displacement and internal force is considered and analyzed. The effect of stiffened steel truss on the single T rigid frame bridge on dynamic characteristic is considered.On the basis of a great amount of numerical analyses, some useful conclusions about the single T rigid frame and stiffened steel truss composite structure, which can give reference to design and application of the new structure.
