The flexure supporting structure is mainly composed of two units: the kernel unitenergy consumption unit and peripheral constraints. Its advantage is when thecompression unit because of the peripheral constraints can enter the stage of yieldwithout buckling failure of normal support. Its principle is: the compressive load tothe kernel unit, the kernel unit controlled peripheral unit of constraint stress continuesto rise into the yield stage, effectively prevent the support pressure instability, cangive full play to the elastic performance of steel. At present, the buckling supportapplication were mainly concentrated in Japan and the United States, our country inrecent years has adopted the structure system for part of the project. Respectively with joint workshops,production management, life form a complete set of housing, power center, wastetransfer and sewage treatment station, oil storage, tobacco library.This paper USES the SNAP software simulation Settings prevent bucklingsupporting effect on the seismic performance of the plant structure, joint workshops intengzhou cigarette factory with the power center of reinforced concrete framestructure as an example, by setting the buckling support, to improve the overallstiffness of the structure, improve the structure in the face of energy dissipation duringthe earthquake. In the paper the buckling of support set have adopted several forms, there are, to prevent buckling support and different buckling structure of support setEI-a wave of Centro elastic-plastic time history analysis, compared the interlayerdeformation, seismic response of the column at the bottom of the shear, etc, theresults show that compared with anti flexure supporting structure than traditionalanti-seismic structure, can reduce the seismic response of40%~60%, and effectivelyprevent the support pressure instability, can give full play to the elastic performanceof steel. The frame structure with higher lateral stiffness and to improve the structureseismic performance.
