When we deal with the surface friction of mechanical motion object, the generalthought is to add lubricant. Found in practical application, we can also make differentgeometric shape on friction pair surface construct to improve its surface dynamicpressure lubrication effect which is able to achieve the purpose of reducing friction. Asto study of the connection between surface texture and dynamic pressure lubricationperformance of the subject, researchers mostly analysis it from theory aspect, so it isnecessary to study it from the aspects of concrete test.Based on the use of surface contact lubricating oil film thickness measurementsystem developed by the school tribology experiment group as the object, the directionof the grooves and the thickness of lube film on the surface are measured. To formhydrodynamic pressure lubricating oil film under a given load, lubricant added betweenthe contact surface of optical disk stationary miniature slider the is brought in. Valueoptical interference method is used to measure the thickness of lube film. In order tomake it easy to implement on the size of the angle between two planar arbitrary staticand stable dynamic adjustment, micro slide block use the soft and rigid structure tolocate.On the experiment, the light intensity value change of the selected oil film point isrecorded to quantitatively measure the oil film thickness. Systematic analysis theinfluence of the groove direction, speed, load and other factors on oil film thickness.Found that transverse grooves slider owns the minimum oil film thickness. And thethickness of lube film increases as velocity increases, while decreases as the loadincreases. Also found that the cluster effect and monomer effect which put forward byBrizmer does not apply to a dip angle of conditions.Using numerical analysis to calculate the lubrication oil film thickness andpressure distribution of fixed angle slide block bearing. Based on limited long wedgesliding block model and the two-dimensional Reynolds equation (Reynolds),the finitedifference method and multiple grid method is adopted to analyze the basic trend of oil film thickness calculation. And then compare the analysis calculation results with theexperimental results, both they has obtained the good consistency.
