| With the development of China highway, high grade highway increasing, all steel truck radial tire which is adapt to high speed, with fuel-efficient, comfortable and high safety performance is more and more favored by the users. But the tire production conditions are poor, environment pollution is serious, workers labor intensity is high, the automaticity of production process is low, there is badly in need of a kind of special mechanical equipment to achieve conveying tires automatically in the tire industry. The appearance of the tire automatic conveyor system resolved the problem.Combined with the current development in the direction at home and abroad, as well as the specific requirements of the production line, in this paper, a set of automatic conveying machinery of all steel radial tire is designed to handle all steel radial tire to the tooling plate speed chain, including turning manipulator and forming Longmen manipulator.Firstly, this paper analyses the conveying requirements of the tire, determines the working principle of automatic conveying system by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several existing transportation modes, and designs the overall scheme of conveying system. The three-dimensional model of every parts and components is established by using three-dimensional design software SolidWorks, which are assembled into a complete machine model. At the same time, the part and assembly drawings are drawn by the two-dimensional design software-AutoCAD.Secondly, according to the finite element theory and method, the static analysis and modal analysis about large-span molding frame body and overall structure of forming Longmen manipulator are completed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The stress diagram, total deformation figure and each modal image of main components are obtained.Finally, the movement process of the whole transport system is analyzed. The pneumatic system and control system are designed in detail. This paper discusses the composition and working principle of the pneumatic system and electric control system, and designs corresponding gas circuit diagram and electrical control principle. Manipulator is controlled by PLC and touch screen, using PLC as the core controller. The terminal wiring diagram of PLC is designed according to the working process of the conveying system.All steel radial tire automatic conveyor system that is designed and researched can efficiently complete to transmit tire automatically, and has very important significance to improve the tire production efficiency, reduce the workers labor intensity, achieve conveying tire with high speed, high efficiency and high quality. |
