| Aircraft fuel system which is a very important system in aircraft works by each fuel accessory’s control and coordination. The accessory’s performance directly affects the safety and reliability of the system. So, verifying before installing new accessories, periodic maintenance and fault diagnosis to ensure its good performance and reliability become an important and regular work for air force units. This will be of great significance to ensure the flight safety and improve combat effectiveness.On the basis of real simulation of some type aircraft fuel system’s work environment, fuel accessory testing system using micro-computer control technology, frequency conversion technology and fluid drive and servo control technology is designed to test mechanical, electrical and fluid fuel accessories automatically and. It reduces operator’s requirements and labor intensity, and improves efficiency.The paper focuses on system designing principles, designing ideas, the choice of technical solutions, working principle and design flow of each subsystem. On hardware, PLC is used as the control core, and turbine flow sensors and pressure transmitters are chose as sensitive components to collect flow and pressure signals of testing field, and servo regulated valve and variable frequency gear pump are chose as actuator. All of these constitute a closed loop control system. On software, a friendly and strong operability host management system is design to realize real-time dynamic monitoring of field pressure, flow and other signals using industrial plate computer and Delphi2010development environment. In addition, the flow and pressure are coupled with each other during the testing process. A distributed decoupling algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed to solve the problem effectively and satisfyingly.Currently, the aircraft fuel testing system designed using the scheme has been put into the repair work of locomotive troops. The practice has proved that the testing system is running well, can fully meet the troop’s needs. It can also meet the fuel accessories testing requirements of the other model aircrafts, and ensure troop combat training tasks to be completed. The testing system can give a certain reference value to other testing equipments. |
