| In order to complete basic research in the aspects of hydraulic power device performance test, based on power recovery in series and parallel hydraulic compensating, this article detailed understand the relevant test standards and test conditions the lab being able to provide and complete two tasks:1, analysis, improve and perfect the electronic control part in the existing test system;2, complete performance test of the series pump and parallel pump in the power recovery system.There are some problems in the electronical control part of the laboratory test system, such as frequency control of motor not being achieved, the control circuit design of motor Y/Δ start being complicated, and low reliable. The article deeply analysis the main circuit and control circuit of original motor control system to identify the problems and finally complete the improved design. The final test results verify the correctness of the above design. Based on this, this article complete performance test of the series pump and parallel pump in the power recovery system. This provide technical support for basic research in the aspects of hydraulic power device performance test, based on power recovery in series and parallel hydraulic compensating. |
