As the mechanical products production scale expands unceasingly, continuouslywhich shortens the development cycle, the market for the product quality andincreasing demand for personalized. Safety valve is installed on the pressure vesselor pipe, open at the emergency or abnormal condition of a kind of pressure pipelinesafety equipment, it is widely used in electric power, petrochemical and otherindustries, can effectively protect the pressure equipments and pipeline, reduce theloss rate of equipment, and avoid serious accidents. Based on the productioncharacteristics of the relief valve and parameter changes affect the performance ofthe body itself, we will analysis combined with robust design theory and design ofmain performance of valve, at the same time through virtualization model to discussthe designing results and the differences of traditional design.First of all, the analysis of the safety valve of the working principle and structure.According to the characteristics of the safety valve of the product analysis importantdesign index and influence the relationship between the parameter. The effectsdesign index and parameter calculation model is established, considering differentprocessing technology on the design might affect performance.Second, the idea of robust design is introduced, and several design methods, thispaper expounds the analysis of robust design steps and procedures, fullyconsidering the influence of many factors and parameter variables, combining theresponse surface method and satisfaction degree method of multi-objective decisionmodel and product quality fluctuation, for the realization of the characteristics ofsafety valve is the main goal of the optimization provides a theoretical basis.Again, the safety valve of the robust optimal design model is established. Bydetermining valve design size, pressure medium parameter coefficient ofdisplacement, the influence of the target parameter such as the back pressure valve,the valve optimization design model of constraint condition, design responsefunction and wave response characteristic parameter. Combined with the noisyfactor, research on method of robust design for determined the correlation coefficient of each variable. Finally it is concluded that the results accord with therequirement of production and processing makes the optimization goal, achieve agood optimization goal, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally, the application of virtual prototype on valve to the simulation results ofoptimization. using the Matlab simulation image description robust optimizationresults and the differences and advantages of traditional optimization results.
