| Tunnel fire happen frequently, which is a threat to people’s life safety and is bad for social impact. Therefore, how to ensure safety evacuation when the tunnel fire broke is particularly important, and the reasonable setting of evacuation channel is the key. According to Tfire> Teva safe evacuation standards, this paper mainly uses STEPS evacuation software and studies the impact on people evacuation time under different cross passage parameters, such as cross-channel spacing, passage width and stuff form in the shield tunnel, then analyzes the reasonable cross-channel setup mode in people evacuation. The main results and conclusions in this study can be drawn as follows:(1) For cross passage evacuation mode, cross passage spacing shall not be more than290m, the channel width shall not be less than1.8m. Passage width exceeds2.0m, the evacuation time can be considered essentially the same, so the cross-channel width1.8m～2.0m is considered the most reasonable width, which in line with the relevant provisions of the specification;(2) For the longitudinal passage escape, when evacuation stair width is0.8m,1.0m,1.2m,1.4m,1.6m, the passage spacing shall not be more than160m,180m,200m,220m,250m. In addition, because the evacuation capacity of staircases is limited, so people queuing phenomenon is serious and we must do the work to divert staff to avoid accidents;(3) For the vertical and horizontal channel and evacuation, when evacuation staircase width is0.8m,1.0m,1.2m, the staircases (cross passage spacing) shall not exceed150(600) m,180(720) m,200(800) m; For the way of evacuation, channel utilization is not uniform and the nearer the fire point, the higher the utilization rate of the channel;(4) For the tunnel on the lower exchange escape, when the escape ladder width is0.8m,1.0m,1.2m,1.4m, the escape ladder spacing shall not be more than160m,180m,220m,240m. People queuing phenomenon is serious which is similar to the longitudinal passage escape.(5) Four kinds of escape way, different gender, age group has certain influence to the evacuation time. when the proportion of men is large, the evacuation time will decrease slightly; When30～50personnel proportion is large, the evacuation time will be reduced slightly. |
