ABSTRACT:With the fast development of China’s economy, railway has entered a stage of high-speed development. The inter-city rail transit is put forward and corresponding with arterial traffic and urban rail transit. The inter-city rail transit is an important part of the rail transit system. Thus the inter-city rail transit received widespread attention. The car body is the important expression of the train’s performance, and it occupies an important position in the train design. This paper is mainly divided into two parts:one part is the finite element analysis about the vehicle car body, the other part is the load identification. In this paper, reasonable simplification is done at the foundation of three-dimensional engineering drawings of the vehicle body. Based on this, using shel163elements and solid45elements, the finite element model of the cab body is established. According to standard, strength and its fatigue strength under typical load of the aluminum alloy car body is analyzed. The specific condition has five kinds: vertical load, compression load, reversing load, three support loads, hermetic load. Also modes of the car body at different modes are analyzed. Concluded:the structure strength of the aluminum alloy car body is consistent with the requirement.Measure the dynamic stress of the cab body of the inter-city train CHR6and carry on processing analysis towards the dynamic stress signal. With all these results and the results of element analysis, the identifications about the coupling load are fulfilled. The identification results of trains running in both the online and200km/h and220km/h speed grades lines are analyzed and compared.
