Under the circumstance of Internet of Things, railway control system has been changing from the once-closed network into open network gradually; traditional railway control security is confronted with a tremendous challenge. In response to this trend, the railway control secure transmission under the circumstance of IoT is of vast researching value.In response to the safety of the railway control system under the circumstance of IoT, the author utilized state diagrams to analyze the security problems faced by the current domestic railway control system, and analyzed various forms of attacks against these security issues as well. The author also described four categories of security risks of the railway control system with a full range of analysis, i.e. physical security, business security, system security, and transmission security. Meanwhile, the author used three dimensions of the macro-architecture, technology architecture and software system to improve the overall framework for the safety of railway control system, and proposed the corresponding solutions for each of the four sorts of security risks. Next,the author specifically researched and designed the transmission security module:first analyzed and described the chart of the hidden scene graph.And then improved the RSSP-Ⅱ protocol, the improved protocol is called RSSP-sec protocol in this paper.After that,the author established the finite state machine model for RSSP-sec protocol, and analyzed the data interaction course of RSSP-sec protocol.By adding the content identifying layer in the original RSSP-Ⅱ protocol, and adding packet header and tailer in SAI layer and ALE layer,the author has completed the detailed design of the RSSP-sec security module and the whole protocol.In the end,the author analyzed the security of the improved protocol.The author designed the railway control secure transmission under the circumstance of IoT from two aspects of architecture design and protocol design respectively, which provides some reference for the railway control secure transmission under the circumstance of IoT.
