| RK270series high-power diesel engine was brought in from British MAN B&W company by Dalian Locomotive And Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") with the purpose of responding to market demands.This research is based on the needs of16RK270type diesel engine localization project. It makes localization process development for casting, machining and assembling test and so on with the introduced advanced technology after analyzed the structural features of16RK270type diesel engine, compared cylinder head and production process with the existing medium speed diesel engine’s of the company, combined with16RK270diesel engine cylinder head localization work, used the existing equipments resources, reformed the traditional process, designed manufacturing process with scientific method and choose appropriate processing equipment. Now, by the method we got from this paper, we solved the technical difficulties in the trial. The performance test indicates that after assembling trial-produced cylinder head, the performance indexes all meet the requirements. And this paper also introduces the introduction of cylinder head flexible product line in new factory site. This new product line will ensure the company leading the world level of cylinder head manufacture. |
