| With the rapid development of the economic, environment and energy issues are more severe day and day. Wind energy is a pollution-free, renewable energy, which has been the universal attention of the world. Wind power technology has become a hotspot of global scholars study. The wind turbine is one of two components in the wind turbine generator, which is responsible to convert wind energy into mechanical energy. Therefore, it is a good practical significance to study the wind turbine.Firstly, a combination wind speed model is built after the study of wind speed characteristics in this paper. Wind wheel model is built based on blade element theory and eddy current theory, Mathematical model of the transmission system is built with the rigid shaft model, Servo system is selected to simulate variable pitch system, and Lab VIEW software is taken to conduct simulation on the above models. Variable-Speed Constant-Frequency (VSCF) wind turbine generator is discussed in the different conditions of operation and control strategy. The control strategies consist of speed control before cutting into grid, maximum wind power tracking control and power control after cutting into grid. An entire machine is established to run the simulation on Lab VIEW platform. This simulation is of great significance to study the optimization design of the wind turbine generator and advanced control strategies. Finally, Lab VIEW software and wind power generation physical test bench is connected by the OPC communication technology, and a supervisory interface is built on the machine running real-time monitoring. This will not only show the great advantage of the Lab VIEW software on system simulation and monitoring design, but also has guiding significance for the study of the wind power generation technology. |
