Off-grid permanent-magnet wind generator is used both for island, farms andother remote areas, for the people in those areas to solve the electricity problem.Ensure the off-grid permanent-magnet synchronous wind generator and efficientwork is very necessary. But the off-grid wind turbine work environment is complex,may cause permanent magnet wind turbine rotor permanent magnet magnetic lossphenomenon, in order to understand the rotor permanent magnet demagnetization ofpermanent magnetic influence from the wind generator made the following analysisand research.First, learn the relevant wind generator electromagnetic field and temperaturefield of the relevant content, as a theoretical basis for the research. Analysis of theoff-grid wind turbine generator with neodymium iron boron permanent stability andperformance characteristics of the magnet, laid the foundation for the simulation ofrotor permanent magnet magnetic loss. According to the theory of two-dimensionalphysical model of permanent magnet generator is presented. The establishment,under normal circumstances the operation performance parameters.Secondly, according to the permanent magnet wind turbine generator possibleloss of excitation conditions, set up five kinds of magnetic loss fault model,comparison of rotor permanent magnet magnetic loss changes with normalconditions, using method of least squares Fourier program on five kinds of magneticloss fault air-gap flux density of harmonic decomposition, analysis of the impact ofloss of field the fault of the air gap flux density harmonic electromagnetic torque, andanalyzes the five kinds of models, research on electromagnetic torque variation trend.Analysis of selected three kinds of rotor permanent magnet magnetic lossdegree of different physical models for the performance of the motor, the back EMF of the load, the armature current and the rectified DC voltage changes, and built theexperimental platform, choose a magnetic loss on test results. Considering the effectof permanent magnet magnetic loss of motor with different load operationperformance, study of light load, rated load and overload conditions, loss, permanentmagnet on the operation performance of motor magnetic.Finally, based on the basic theory of heat transfer theory, established the rotortemperature field model of the permanent magnet, and studied the effect of differentdegrees of permanent magnet magnetic fault on each part of the motor temperature.Considering the loss of magnetic motor continues to run, permanent magnet parttemperature trend, the magneto continues to run will aggravate the permanentmagnet magnetic loss degree. Finally the calculation results were experimentallyverified on the prototype.
