| Because of the special nature of the packing of rock-filled embankment, it take a series of difficulties to the design, construction and testing.Seriously affect the using of stone fill in the embankment. Rock mountains and some hilly areas in China,the main source of the filler is stone cutting and tunnel abandoned ballast,so rock-filled embankment can not be avoided. And currently it been widely used in the mountain road construction.However in prevailing technical specifications for construction of highway subgrades the rules about construction technology of rock-filled embankment are not detailed and clear enough.Highway construction lacks quantitative technology guidance.And the research of rock-filled embankment for the railway is extremely weak.This paper conducts in research on the compaction characteristics of the fill, granulometric composition and crushing of stone.On the basis of clarifying engineering properties of the fill,and then combined with the site test in GUIGUANG high-speed rail contact line, through the synthetical analysis of factors of influencing densification effect for the maximum grain size of filling, lay-down thickness, granulometric composition, densification machinery and densification frequency etc., this paper studies key technical problems about construction technologies for spreading and leveling of filling material, choosing densification machinery, densification technology systematically. And taken the sedimentation rate, degree of compaction, dynamic modulus of deformation, continuous compaction technology and other detection methods for testing.Finally raised the rock-filled embankment construction requirements and the appropriate testing method. |
