| In order to solve the focus and difficult issues of integration of AnKai axle and hydrodynamic retarder, Integrated equipment of AnKai axle and hydrodynamic retarder is researched. The promotion and application of the device can effectively reduce the usage amount of raw material and can have a certain role in promoting of monitoring the oil temperature of main retarder and decreasing the work of processing shell.Integrated Equipment of AnKai Axle and Hydrodynamic Retarder is mainly designed by the theory that oil’s damping force hinders twirl of rotor. The working principle is that rotor blade of hydrodynamic Retarder twirls and drives oil to move which then thrown to stator,and the blade of stator produces a counteractive force to oil,and after the oil flows out the stator,it twirls back to rotor and produces a resistant moment to rotor which hinders rotor’s twirl.The specific research work of this paper including:1.According to the function request of designing project,calculate the number of teeth of retarder gear as a main part,transmission ratio,the max torsion retarder requires,and confirm the best parameter to match.2. According to the theory of oil hinders rotor moving,confirm the blade’s angle and shape.3.Research the effect that different percent air of oil have on resistance moment4.Design,calculate and select gear separation device for retarder,controller,axle shell,oil tubing,pump and cooling equipment to obtain the best assembly effect.5.Construct three dimensional model using solidworks2010,and based on this,assemble and manufacture the equipment,including retarder rotor, stator, etc.6.Use Ansys software to analysis the force of the new design of the axle shell and whole internal,and check the equipment.By the experimental result, the application of the equipment not only can effectively simplified company department, improve the axle housing utilization rate,but also has a very important role for main reduction oil temperature, oil monitoring.It is a kind of safety, high efficiency, energy saving, convenient installation, low cost the hydraulic retarder new equipment. |
