| Steel-frame structure especially for the high-rise steel structure, welding quality not only affects the economic benefit and is related to the safety of structure. In this title, based on the research object of high-rise steel structure’s welding simulation and the theory of thermal elastic-plastic, a3-D numerical simulation on the field of temperature and stress about the connect between beam and column is completed by using finite element software ANSYS to get the result of each moment of the temperature field, the change of the stress on welding process and the residual stress and deformation after welding member’s cooling.In this paper, some researches are carried out. Impose the load in the form of heat production rate by means of birth and death element method, and establish the model of welding connect between beam and column. Calculating the temperature field first and then the welding stress and strain,using indirect method; Four welding construction sequences are simulated for the welding between the flange and web,and then compare the residual stress deformation from the result; to control the residual stress and strain, some constraint condition of the beam and column is changed, then the result of residual from different constraints is compared and analyzed; in addition, in order to eliminate the residual stress, the influence on residual stress distribution is simulated by preheating before welding and tempering after the welding. It provides an important basis for welding process’improvement.The conclusions put forward finally in this paper could be the reference for practical engineering construction. |
