ABSTRACT:Twin-screw supercharger can better meet the demand for gasoline supercharger, gasoline low-speed torque, power, fuel economy and performance indicators to achieve its emissions-reduction targets. In this paper, a twin-screw supercharger technology in the Chery SQR372naturally aspirated gasoline engine on, to carry out a performance study of gasoline twin-screw supercharger technology. The main tasks are as follows:l.A comparative analysis of the obtained performance advantages of gasoline twin-screw supercharger technology and research significance, research status quo of domestic and foreign automobile supercharger technology, the main research content.2.The establishment of a mathematical model of twin-screw supercharger, twin-screw supercharger supercharger mechanism and gasoline power and economic performance.3.External characteristic curve to the SQR372petrol machine3, based on the air flow rate and inlet gas pressure turbocharged gasoline machine work performance based on analysis of the different rotational speed of the gasoline engine demand for air flow rate and inlet gas pressure to carry out a mechanical supercharger of a twin-screwmatch the gasoline flow, pressure, gasoline twin-screw supercharger matching scheme.4.Established the cylinder thermodynamic process model, the calculation of the turbocharger model, The calculation of intake and exhaust flow of supercharged gasoline engine. Use software GT-Power simulated and analyzed the performance characteristics of the gasoline before and after the twin-screw supercharger. Simulation results show that gasoline twin-screw supercharger power, torque, fuel consumption and improved performance of more than15%.5.Developed a twin-screw supercharger prototype, to carry out the work performance test of the twin-screw supercharger. Experimental results show that the prototype performance can meet the the Chery SQR372gasoline turbocharger demand. The theoretical research and experimental work has laid a solid foundation for the practical application of the gasoline engine twin-screw supercharger technology.33charts,7tables,73references.
