With the globalization of the construction project industry, nowadays conflicts in projects are getting increasingly frequent and fierce. traditional project management model has been unable to meet the needs of modern project management. In the beginning of the1980s, a new model of project management was first proposed and developed in the USA, which was called "partnering", this new model will not only allow the project to obtain a significant effect on project quality, cost and schedule control, but also greatly reduce the occurrence of the conflict. Subsequently, the model has been widely studied and applied in other countries and regions. The project, however, is complex with many participants, and the relationship between them is so complex that once the model is imperfect, the end will be much worse than before. Therefore, the goal of this study is to establish Partnering model conflict handling mechanisms of the project, and resolve the conflict in a harmonious way. Through making a comparative analysis with traditional project management model, we summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the Partnering discussions mechanism, Partnering protocol mechanisms and conflict catapult mechanism, and find a resolution mechanism of the main problem, and ultimately improve the Partnering seminars mechanism based on Partnering model, prevent conflict prevention mechanism in the Partnering agreement system, including the conflict, as well as handling of the conflict, including conflict handler based conflict catapult mechanism. The above content came together to form this to establish and perfect Partnering model project-based conflict resolution mechanism. |
