In recent years, people have been focus on the discussion about research on wireless energy transmission system which has a wide range of applications in some portable electronic devices,as well as medical equipment. In this thesis, We have designed a Wireless Power Transfer System based on the principle of electromagnetic induction to transfer energy wirelessly to the load and solve the problems of the non-convenient,low-reliability and low-security.The system descriped in this thesis supplies the load with energy by means of electromagnetic induction coupling. It comprises a high-frequency inverter power supply, constituted by the control circuit and the driving circuit and the loosely coupled transformer element.Firstly, an introduction about the compositions of the whole thesis is given. Then, we make analysis of each parts and have designed them.Also,theoretical derivation of the compensation system has been done and the transmission efficiency of the system be improved by compensation circuit.Secondly, we made a detail design on the Full-bridge High Frequency Inverter Circuit and simulated the circuit by the Multisim software, at the same time we builded the actual circuit to verify the results of the simulation,reversing low frequency AC to high frequency AC. Then,we made a simulation on the choice of loosely coupled transformer primary and secondary windings by ANSYS software, selecting a decentralized structure of the planar spiral coils according to the simulation results.And we simulated the factors affecting the coupling coefficient,optimizing the PCB Helical Coils and producing the loosely coupled transformer by using Protel tool. Finally,an experimental circuit was established to verify the performance of wireless energy transmission system.It could supply the load with energy successfully.The method to increase the system transmission efficiency by the experimental data derived.By means of the research on this paper on wireless energy transmission system, an important reference value is supplied for charging for load in wireless way in the future.
